Crew Union

• The location is only .7 miles, or about a 15 min walk, from Crew Stadium. Crew fans can easilty walk between the bar and stadium on game days. For away games it's centrally located in the city.
  
  
• They have a tremendous beer selection and the most wallet friendly of any place we've gone before. Take a look at their list of 32 draft beers, most of them craft beers. Their happy hour deals are pretty awesome, including 1/2 off drinks on Tuesdays.
  
  
• They have a full menu, including breakfast everyday till noon.
  
  
• The audio/video setup and layout of the bar is great for watching soccer. There is also a hugh patio (check out the picture below) that also has tv's.
  
  
• Lots of FREE on street parking in the area. 4th Street is also finalizing a deal to allow patrons to use a lot at a church 2 blocks north, so there will never be a issue with finding parking.
  
  
• All ages on matchdays, know this is important for a lot of members and we wanted to make sure they aren't forgotten.
  
  

We met with 4th Street and worked out some great stuff for this season, think it goes a long way to show how they are excited about this opportunity too:

• Showing your 2011 Crew Union membership card when you close your tab will get you a 20% discount on drinks. This discount is valid everyday, not just matchdays. (only expception is 50% off drink Tuesdays, though don't think anyone will complain about that exception)

• Crew games will have take priority on TVs with game audio throughout the bar.
  
  
• We're still working out the details, but there will be a drawing for a trip to a late season road game and you can get entered by coming to away game viewing parties.

We will still be focusing on our tailgates before home matches, this just offers another option for people. They actually have a carry out there for people that want to pick up beer on the way to the tailgate. We do hope to get some good crowds there post match, especially for the first two home games that start at 4pm.

We're really excited about this opportunity as the location is going to also give us a lot of exposure on game days that we've never had before. Think we'll be able to recruit a lot of new Crew fans while having a great time. Most importantly we can now start planning our Crewsmas Eve party!
