An important homestand for the Crew starts tonight as the Crew host the team that knocked them out of Champions League, Salt Lake. Massive Love vs Big Love. Small market club vs small market club. As it always is against Salt Lake it's going to be a tough match. It's also Buck-A-Brat night and beautiful weather, more great reasons to come out to Crew Stadium tonight.

Sunday Chicago come to town and are apparently are bringing a good number of supporters, not sure how they all got approval to cross state lines from their parole officers though. Going to be another beautiful day, so come out early and tailgate with us before the match!

Due to the interest we had in the Nordecke Cup we had several people interested in holding weekly pick up games. We did the first one on Sunday and had 14 people out which was pretty good for the short notice. It was hot but it was a lot of fun. Due in part to the Chicago match we're going to try e going to do the first one Monday at 6:30pm at Whetstone Park in Clintonville. Anyone who's interested in kicking a ball around come on out, there are several pretty nice fields at the park if you've never been there before and plenty of parking.
